At some point in the very distant past, there was a consensus taken that this was a shoehorn and the trope doesn't apply. However, that hasn't stopped the constant adding and shifting around of which character applies to which humour. In part, I think it's because there's no clear audit trail on the wiki (I just went digging), so I'm going to put this here, on the [[http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13543987200A54420100&page=173#4307 Is This An Example? forum thread]] and the the show's [[http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13639868050A17401700&page=1889#47210 forum thread]] RWBY forum thread]] to try and get a consensus decision that will stick.
