AmbiguouslyBi is starting to feel like a really outdated example for Reiner. What with the only examples of him being smitten with Christa coming in as gags, and Reiner's apparent shipping of Historia/Ymir in 83, it's becoming pretty clear that there just aren't any real feelings there and any semblance of them was a result of the MPD.
If no word comes around by the end of the series (another year or two?), I'm thinking it should be removed.
