Where do I put general media forums?

I have some ideas for forums which don't seem to apply to any medium in particular, such as "What if the proud warrior race conquered humanity It seems that oftimes in Science fiction humanities' first enemies are a militeristic, violent race (Kzin, Klingons, Zentraedi), but their experience in arms sems to do nothing for them, so i woulld like your opinions on how these works would be changed if they won, and if there are any works where something like this happenned"

That does not seem to lend itself to any specific place on the website as far as i know, where should i post this?
