Who's that between Lyn and Eliwood?
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.there's Marth up front with Chrom, but I don't think he counts since his two games were remakes and are the most recent releases besides Awakening
that's Sothe from Radiant Dawn

Enjoyment and Excitement! What a weird layout. So Sothe gets on despite not being a lord, Gaiden and Genealogy get both of their Lords on despite not being popular/relevant, and all three Blazing Sword Blade Lords are on there.
Hey, Lucina and Marth arts is cool though.
Yeah, he does deserve better than the very back. He was on fire in Genealogy.

Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Well, Radiant Dawn practically treats him as a Lord (what with the heavy story importance and stupid late promotion), he's just in a terrible class that's not unique to him.
FE: Genealogy Story Run 7PM PT Sun, Mon, Fri; Expert Unicorn Overlord 7PM PT Wed, Thurs: http://www.twitch.tv/kuroitsubasatenshi...So, do you guys have any advice for rescuing Raven? He always seems to die before Priscilla can reach him.
Ponies. The Pony Express solves everything. Make them charge ahead and clear out everything so that Priscilla can move as fast as possible without being in danger.
...Damn, Sain died a while ago. I guess I'll try. Thank you for the advice.
One of your units died and you didn't immediately reset? What's wrong with you?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Since Raven's a red unit, I'm going to assume he's getting stabbed to death by your guys. What you can do is use someone unequipped to lure him out. Just trade away all of Marcus's or Oswin's weapons and have them stand in his attack range. They should be in no danger of dying to him.
FE: Genealogy Story Run 7PM PT Sun, Mon, Fri; Expert Unicorn Overlord 7PM PT Wed, Thurs: http://www.twitch.tv/kuroitsubasatenshiI generally avoid restarting a chapter nowadays unless a unit's death would lead to a game over or I'm gambling on a crit (both situations of which I really shouldn't be placing myself in a position for in the first place)
otherwise I could just play Casual mode lol
(oh sorry, I forgot we're discussing games that aren't New Mystery or Awakening)

Enjoyment and Excitement!they should implement a mode where any player unit's death triggers a Game Over
alternatively, they should implement a mode that autosaves every action like in the GBA games, and the only way to restart the chapter is by game over
or they could combine both
come to think of it, enforced iron-man should have been a thing a long time ago, at least concerning the higher difficulties
Enjoyment and Excitement! For story chapters and paralogues, I treat casual mode no different from classic mode (always, always, always reset if anyone dies (unless I'm going for a Shadow Dragon paralogue because Shadow Dragon is a sadistic jerk like that). I only use the "no deaths" thing for xenologues and fighting other people's teams.
I really don't see the point in restarting in Casual mode since the only thing you lose out on are the support points gained for that chapter (which is a moot point in Awakening since you can just grind those out in Risen skirmishes). I honestly see it as just wasting time. It's part of the reason Casual mode was implemented in the first place.
Enjoyment and Excitement!Because that's how things are done, dammit.
...You guys just make things harder for yourself. Face it, unless you want the challenge of a lifetime, units are going to die. Weep, and move on.
In my case, it honestly makes little difference what mode I play on since my units almost never die.
Although I don't see it happening in the handheld entries, I really hope the next console FE does away with the infinite EXP and gold. While I can just as easily ignore them, they just really devalue a lot of things.
Ha ha. Once again, my units rarely die.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Maybe to you. Must be a force of habit thing or something.
Enjoyment and Excitement!Eh, in FE 7 and 8 it's not too hard to get through without any deaths. I always reset on deaths, but if I were to play a no reset run I'd probably turtle pretty hard to make sure I don't lose anyone. It wouldn't be that difficult.
...While not ALL my units die, it seems quite a few do. If I honestly need something, then I'll reset. Fire Emblem is a difficult game for me, so avoiding death is impossible.
Self Imposed Challenges are NOT my forte.
You need to learn the magic of what seems to be called turtling. Unless you're pressed for time (and even then), you should always be engaging the enemy only on your own terms.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!...Really? Damn it, why is it that none of the guides I looked up talk about that?
Defensive warfare! Don't overextend! Always check enemy range! Counter can choke on a dick!
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%....All they say is "check enemy range". They never said, "Never get into enemy range."
Poor Sigurd. He deserved better.
