Kanako = Tzeentch Suwako = Slaanesh Junko = Khorne Medicine Melancholy = Nurgle
Yukari would be Abaddon, but not an total failure, But then again she'd probably be more like Nagash in this AU. Not the undead part, i mean the "Wants to become a Chaos God" part.

Ah shit, i forgot that we decided that Miko would be the God Empress of Mankind. So nevermind on that. But i still stand by everything else. And Mala would be Sejia because fuck you GW he exists.
edit:Now that i think about it, Ran would better a better suit for Abaddon then Yukari, who would be Horus. And Seiga would be an good Callidus Temple Asassin. Youmu probably being an Culexus Temple one.
FINAL EDIT: And it would be the Adeptus Ares or something like that instead of Astartes. Because its full of Women instead of Men. Get it? (Mokou as an space marine, imagine that.)

In SOPM, Miko has expressed desire to take control over the human village. Though it is not like eternal rule, she intents to elevate human's status in Gensokyo under her influence, and then wait until someone is able to overthrow her, after which she retreats somewhere to try to become a Celestial.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Okay, thanks.
...Is it wrong that i sympify with her plans?

Well, there's sympathy, and then there's saying, "She's right and I would support her in real life." I don't think sympathizing is bad.
"Intend to rule until overthrown" is functionally identical to "Intend to rule eternally"
Well, clearly she doesn't have any problem with being overthrown. Which is odd. Also you guys are forgetting that she's actually rather nice to her enemy's (compared to how they treat her, anyways).
Not to mention she did help solve the U Li L incident. That's gotta count for something.
I just said that, she was the only reasonable person in the incident.
Well, so was Mamizou and Kasen since they were trying to deal with Sumireko. Everyone else was too busy swallowed by their balls.
Correction: Her and Mamizou and Kasen were the only sensible ones there.
Byakuren isn't that bad, at least she isn't as hypocritical as Big Boss from the MGS games.............O_O.
"We are just like Irregular Data. And that applies to you too, Ri CO. And as for you, Player... your job is to correct Irregular Data.".............what does that have to do with anything?
Miko is very friendly and perhaps charming. She's great.
WHAT
...that genuinely surprised me! I was prepared to immediately receive like 10 links to Miko-Emperor pics that were already made like 6 years ago. That's normally what happens when I post what I thought was an original idea
Haha! I shall hereby adopt that name for that Incident. The Religious Slap Fight. Perfect.
I meant how both characters are similar in that they both are hypocritical and selfish.
"We are just like Irregular Data. And that applies to you too, Ri CO. And as for you, Player... your job is to correct Irregular Data."With how Miko is, I believe she legit thinks being ruled by her is a good thing. Which might be true. I'm not really familiar with Japanese history, but if the people liked Prince Shoutoku enough to deitify him, surely his rule wasn't all that bad.
Which kind of supports what Miko thinks of herself. She knows she is a capable ruler, and she's not afraid to show it off. And look, in So PM she decided that the Human Village doesn't need a leader, and backed off quickly (but still would totally take that offer). So it's not like she's a power hungry overlord, she just wants the best for humanity (which includes being ruled by her).
Miko is, in part, a friendlier version of Eirin, I think. In that they are both incredibly smart, and know it, and have a habit of being condescending to lesser intellects, which in their eyes is everyone else.
Song of the SirensMiko is incredibly respectful to Kasen, enough to make her uncomfortable. I think that's interesting.
Indeed! And a great scene it is. Miko treats Kasen like a celebrity guru!
(...which everyone should, btw. Cause Kasen knows where it's at. Nitori also immediately went to Kasen when there was trouble with an animal, which I liked a lot. Good on you, people of Gensokyo, that you respectfully turn to the old-and-experienced experts with superpowers! Instead of bein' like most people in, for example, the Marvel Universe...)
Except that she reveres Kasen for the wrong reasons. Not knowing she's a fraud and all...
Kasen's good at being a fraud, though. Then again, the hermits in Gensokyo are rather terrible overall, so she comes out as decent comparatively. Then there's Reimu...
Check out my fanfiction!Hey, at least Kasen never tried to make a religion a Path of Inspiration.
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.
Also your forgetting that the time that Miko lived in was a terrible time for Japan, there was mass violence, rape, racism, misogyny, slavery, ect. Of course Miko doesn't have any regret for what she did, what she did was probably a good thing for japan.
Also she helped Miko fight Hata no Kokoro. You'd think she'd understand miko better after that, but no, she didn't.
Also every one of you is forgetting that Miko was the first person to actually realize the danger that the occult balls were posing to gensokyo and try to take care of them for good instead of just hiding them somewhere and hoping that they'll go away. She's no saint, but that doesn't mean that she can't do some good things for gensokyo. Or that she's an supervillain 24/7.
