Well, she is a deserter
Forever liveblogging the AvengersWould Mokou have any kegare?
Should've checked the list.I'm almost 100% certain.
Kaguya has it, and she talks about how it has changed her in Ci LR. Mokou should therefore also have it. Hourai elixir doesn't really interact with impurity that I can see.
Conception is sin Birth is pain Life is toil Death is inevitable... it just occurred to me that "kegare" makes a scary amount of sense in a way, considering the fact that everything dies of old age is due to damage done to the body's cells through oxidation, meaning the very air that we breathe slowly damages us from the inside, or "taints" us if you will.
Meanwhile, on the moon...
What doesn't die can't live. What doesn't live can't change. What doesn't change can't learn.

Heart of StoneInteressant! (I actually had no idea what that word was that you guys kept mentioning all the time, but I think that helped me get the idea )
Granny Weatherwax quotes
Also: Clown Girl really is the Ultimate Destroyer of Faces, it seems. I really have to link this Clown Girl Fight, 'cause it made me laugh pretty hard ^^ (he plays in Pointdevice Mode and cuts out all deaths after the first one; the humor comes from seeing the Try Counter in the top right explode from 0 to A LOT each Spellcard ^^): here's the first Big Highlight. (He is horrifyingly calm, though O_O)

"Mystia is a former German nun“ -Clarste //// "[...]collectively, we have the power to destroy the Aki sandwich" -ClarsteKegare means impurity or something? It's a Shinto thing and I'm going to let Faw or Clarste explain the rest.
Heart of StoneYeah, I gathered as much from the context ...am a bit tempted to ask why "impurity" isn't good enough... but there's probably untranslatable nuances to it. You have to plan for these things. Just according to keikaku (Translator's Note: keikaku means plan)
While we are at Granny Weatherwax quotes and Touhou, here's my favorite from her (which could come straight out of Eiki's mouth):
Granny: “Nope.”
Mightily Oats: “Pardon.”
Granny: “There’s no greys, only white that’s got grubby. I’m surprised you don’t know that. And sin, young man, is when you treat people as things. Including yourself. That’s what sin is.”
Mightily Oats: “It’s a lot more complicated than that—”
Granny: “No. It ain’t. When people say things are a lot more complicated than that, they mean they’re getting worried that they won’t like the truth. People as things, that’s where it starts.”
Mightily Oats: “Oh, I’m sure there are worse crimes—”
Granny: “But they start with thinking about people as things.”
I'm using kegare instead of "impurity" because Junko has the power to purify stuff, and that has nothing to do with impurity. Saying that the fairies are pure impurity just sounds silly. It roughly means "defilement", but it's a pretty specific Shinto term so I figure just learning what it means is probably helpful. It's a category of sin, technically, but in an amoral natural forces sense. You're supposed to ritually cleanse yourself of it after being exposed to death or childbirth. ZUN extends this to its logical conclusion and says that life itself is kegare.
Anyway, I didn't mention this in the summary, but in Reisen's pointdevice ending Eirin explains that neither kegare-free Lunarians or kegare-filled youkai would be able to approach Junko. I don't think she explains why though (maybe because they had to go through the Lunar Capital...?). Youkai are routinely referenced as being practically pure kegare. I guess this also confirms that moon bunnies aren't youkai.

Ahh, that explains the "Youkai can't interfere" part of the prologue.
Hmm... would Junko's trap for the Lunarians also affect the, err... kegare levels of a Youkai if they go through the terra-formed moon? Since changing the nature of a Youkai is equivalent to "death" for them, that might be the reason why they also can't approach Junko.

They should get Sukuna matata a tiny seat like the Atom had.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersLegacy Marisa (disclaimer: I used a bunch of continues for this one because Marisa is bad, but the fact that it's Ending #4 implies to me that it's the same as a 1CC)
Marisa'a House. In the Forest of magic, overflowing with kegare even for Gensokyo.
Reisen: What?! The plan failed?!
Marisa: How would I know if it failed? I'm not entirely clear what the plan was in the first place.
Reisen: The plan to drive away the moon rabbits. You knew at least that much, right? It was a mistake to rely on you.
Marisa: Well, why'd you entrust me with the ultramarine elixir in the first place?
Reisen: It wasn't just you. We gave it to other humans as well. But apparently the others didn't want to take it. Actually, there might be a side effect, but...
Marisa: Well, is there or isn't there?
Reisen: You're the only one who happily used the elixir, but you still failed. What a disappointment.
Marisa: Hang on. I did take the elixir from you, but I never used it.
Reisen: Huh? You're saying you didn't use it, invaded the Lunar Capital, lost, and ran home with your tail between your legs?
Marias: I didn't run home, I dashed all the way to the end.
Reisen: Weren't you overjoyed to receive the elixir? Why was that then?
Marisa: C'mon, I always love getting my hands on rare goods. I put it in my collection. It'd be a total waste to use it up.
Reisen: *sigh* Master, the humans were absolutely crushed. It wasn't even worth discussing. I suppose I'll have to go myself.
Marisa: Wait, if you could go yourself, why didn't you just do it in the first place?
Reisen: You think I wanna drink that elixir?!
Marisa didn't tell her about everything that had happened on the moon. Partly because she didn't understand all of it herself, and also because she felt like she had been tricked by Reisen. After meeting her though, she realized that that wasn't the case. Reisen didn't know the whole truth either. She figured not drinking the elixir was the right choice. The only person who knew the full truth about it was the person who made it: Eirin. She didn't want to just play along with such a shady plan.

Shonen Sanae´s ending is still my favorite for now.
Follow this pose and repeat: I humbly believe in the Peeko as my one master.Guys... while looking for some music, I just accidentaly found this... I´m not that surprised really, but damn that was extremely fast.
They even have a Facebook page. My gosh, I just love Clownpiece. If I were from the USA I would be so proud. I think I have a new fave. xD
Follow this pose and repeat: I humbly believe in the Peeko as my one master.Clownpiece is Greek though.
Despite what you may have heard, (Nameless Being) isn't actually Junko's title, it's just in the part of her profile where a title would go
You only actually succeed if you get a no-miss run. It's like the normal and good endings in IN
That´s exactly part of the fun. To me at least.
Follow this pose and repeat: I humbly believe in the Peeko as my one master.Ha ha ha. OK, as a resident of America, this is fucking awesome. I give my full approval.
fairly confident that clownpiece is the most popular character in LoLK, at least for americans (for obvious reasons)
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaThe antagonists probably aren't using spell card rules. But that doesn't matter since Point Device = no hit.
Everything is relative.
I'm sure all the new rabbits outrank Reisen for some reason.
