Hey. So, I tried to play TH 14, but the game crashes whenever it tries to open. I figure it has something to do with a missing graphics setting or driver or something. What programs do I need to have on my computer for it to run.
I have a message from another time...- Windows Vista/7/8
- 256MB+ of VRAM
- DirectSound
- Direct X 9.0c (June 2010)

Are you trying to run it in Fullscreen? My version won't run unless I run in windowed mode. You can change that setting by running custom.exe (It might not be called that if you don't have the Playism version).
Mudkip's final evolution is in fact NOT Mudkipperino. No, it breaks in windowed.
I have a message from another time...So you meet the requirements, then?
I recall something about having to change the name of the folder it's in, though I don't remember which game that was or if it was even the full release
Oh, and there's an official patch for the game that I assume fixes something
I'll need to check the req's later.
I have a message from another time...Last Minute Speculation (mostly baseless):
LoLK appears to take greatest influence from IN and the PC-98 series, so most of my speculation comes from how they flow.
Stage 4 would be a brawl between the protagonists.
Stage 6 could be a genderswapped Hoori (doubtful, would be a repeat of Miko), or Tamatori-hime as they were prominent wielders of the Tide Jewels. Tamatori in particular has indirect connections to Mokou via her father. So it's possible ZUN may include her as a reference to Mokou. Tamatori-hime also embedded the Tide Jewel within herself, so she is essentially the Tide Jewel in question. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tide_jewels
Extra Stage would be in the Dream World, with EX-Doremy as a stage boss and the Watatsuki sisters as the Extra Bosses, paralleling IN and LLS.
EDIT: This week's Wa HH has Sumrieko in it. So here's a nice picture of Azumaya's Sumireko◊

I sort of which that the final boss is Chang'e to get a Chekhov's Gunman.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Your speculation is really good. Congratulations!
Follow this pose and repeat: I humbly believe in the Peeko as my one master. This one strikes me as really unlikely— The story has all the protagonists working together. And the screenshots show someone with yin-yang orbs but a spellcard that doesn't fit Reimu's style. More likely to be characters similar to the protagonists
Plausible! Verging on probable, even
Eh, this one strikes me as two reasonable ideas jammed together
Oh Man! As usual, I had completely forgotten when Comiket was! It's right now? (Probably at night again, so I'll miss everything live ) So excitiiiing!
Man, even Steam is gettin' in on the Comiket Action, havin' a Sale for Japanese Indie Titles. ...man Yes, there are some in there that I heard were good, but also a lot of trash. That Touhou still isn't in there, and probably never will be, is really sad to me.
Woooooooooo! Man, it's been a loooooong time since the last WAAAGGHHH!!!!
Speaking of WAAGGGHHH!!.... (*checks the Wiki*) Oh, chapter 26 is now perfected by Alpha Beta Clarste! I must have missed that when it was said in the thread, I didn't have that yet! Also yay!

"Mystia is a former German nun“ -Clarste //// "[...]collectively, we have the power to destroy the Aki sandwich" -ClarsteWait, Comiket's going right now? Holy shit that means the Last Occultism remixes are going to be flooding You Tube soon enough...Lets see what they can do with that.
Stella ~Part 3 (Atelier Shallie)Couple days yet
Your fault for living on the wrong side of the world

Comiket's over the weekend, starting on Friday and going through Saturday. Of course, that's Japan time so it'll happen up to a day earlier for everyone else. Touhou stuff goes on sale on the first day.
Welp, I'll prepare the inevitable Lunarian bunkers.
Stella ~Part 3 (Atelier Shallie)The plus side of living in Australia is that Japan is in the timezone right next to us. It's gonna be interesting catching up on all of the new LoLK info live.
This makes for my fifth new Touhou game to get hyped about since joining the fandom.
I do lots of stuff. The real question is am I any good at that stuff.I don't think being close to Japan time is actually a perk since it takes place in the middle of the day when you might be at work or whatever. It's pretty convenient when the news starts flooding in during the evening.
Back on the subject of tide jewels, Toyotamahime is a dragon. Just saying
Isn't Touhou Toyotamahime just the older Watatsuki sister?
Heart of StoneToyohime derives her name from her, but not a whole lot else
The beauty of this is that while the P Cs might 'beat' the Watatsuki sisters... it could quite literally be in their dreams. So the Watatsukis keep their unbeatable status... or don't, depending on semantics and what way each player wants to interpret it.
Also, I can see the Watatsukis beginning to patrol (or at least explore) the dreamworld to seal off entrances to the Lunar Capital once they learned how the protagonists got there, so it'd make sense for them to be there.
I write some fanfiction. Satori's Tale is done... but I'm not.She also shares her relation to Omoikane.
Well, etymologically it comes from "wife", but in practice I find it a lot close to "whine", as that what tends to happen if anyone breaks some arbitrary rule someone has about his waifu, which inevitable happens due to the arbitrariness of said rules and the inherent capability of people to have opinions that for some mysterious reason don't always match up.
Check out my fanfiction!
