I believe we've speculated about this in the past. Bocaj used hundreds of tiny time-displaced clones to attack with, for instance.

Good God no ^^ I'm not cut out to be a Touhou Game Protagonist. Also, I've never played any of the games ^^

As for the main characters and bosses, I'm not comfortable with speculating there... it might devolve into just a "Thread Popularity Contest". But, if Clarste were the Stage 6 Boss, then we'd need someone also ancient, experienced, but also unexpected and out of left field as Extra Boss... and I want good old SDM for that He could have some awesomely biting, sarcastic dialogue!

I'd be that one recurring mini-boss that does nothing and is completely ineffectual. With the largest fan following, of course.

Can I be the Extra Stage Boss? The person who's kind of important but also kind of irrelevant and absent for most of the action and then just kinda pops in at the end like "sup, have some danmaku".

I'd like Stage 5. I'm more of a slavishly devoted follower than a mastermind. Also they usually have the weirdest attacks and the most intense boss theme.

I'll be the Stage 2 guy. The guy who really has any relation to the rest of the cast, but atleast bit better than being a mere Stage 1 boss.
