Dangit, I've killed Satori three times now.
Once to tentacle and twice to horrible pig men.
I'm just as bad as doujins :(
Forever liveblogging the AvengersI just had a thought - in SA, when going down to Old Hell, why did the partners not follow Marisa/Reimu to slove the incident? Patchouli may have the excuse of being a shut-in and Yukari being lazy, but Aya, Suika, Alice and Nitori should have really joined their partner. Satori's dialogue suggest the reason Yukari didn't want to go with Reimu to hell is to stay out of Satori's mind reading range. Could that be that these characters have secrets they rather stay hidden, even from Reimu and Marisa? Is this a clue that these specific characters were chosen? Is this a part of something bigger? Or am I just jumping on every opportunity to catch plot-Inabas?
i think it was mentioned somewhere that there was a contract that said that youkai couldnt enter/exit the underground or something
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaWasn't there a rule that surface youkais cannot enter Underworld but Underworld youkais can freely exit.
Do you know what? Have a hääk
Also, plot-Inabas? Why not plot-Teis?

Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Beacause all of the Eientei rabbits are Inabas, but not all of them are Tewis.

They all look like lesser version of Tewi, so does it really matter. I just call all Earth Bunnies Teis. Because my dislike forwards Tewi cannot be contained to one bunny.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Yup, there was a treaty that the surface youkai would leave the underground youkai alone as long as the underground youkai kept the spirits under control. None of the youkai partners were willing to break the treaty, especially Yukari since she's a stickler for rules like that. Of course, Aya later breaks the treaty in Double Spoiler.
People were apparently breaking the treaty all along, hiring earth spiders to build stuff for them on the surface.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersNot really. The treaty never said that underground youkais cannot enter surface world, just that they need to keep the spirits in check. So if there is an underground youkai messenger somewhere (at least to contact earth spiders), that is all legal and stuff. Plus there are some other underground youkais like Orin and Parsee who exit underground.
Hopeless Masquerade seems to have thrown that out of the window, though.

Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Iku and another purple person.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersWould the treaty still be in effect after the events of Subterranean Animism? After all, the incident there was a geyser erupting, along with some of the spirits the underground youkai were supposed to keep in check being released to the surface, which would be a violation of the treaty by the underground youkai, wouldn't it?
The Living Guildpact rules that coffee is an acceptable substitution for rest as specified in subsection … whatever. But, it was kinda Kanako's fault, no?
Conception is sin Birth is pain Life is toil Death is inevitableKanako does need electricity for those hot springs......just sayin'
"Eratoeir is a Gangsta."RE: Don't Starve Satori/ Darn I'm torn. On the one hand, Satori. On the other hand, I don't feel like watching her die 20 some times while I learn how the game works. Also I don't have the game so that's a minor issue in the way, too. Maybe later. It does seem fitting though.note
"I told you, Hot springs aren't the point!"
As for the treaty, I suspect its been relaxed lately. Since the undergrounders seem to have taken a greater interest in the surface world (They're cropping up all over the place now in cameos and such), and the surfacers seem to have taken note of the underground now...
Well, it might be relaxed, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a similar agreement come up again when the surfacers are like "Yeah, not a huge fan of the earth spiders and kasha and nuclear ravens that keep coming up here."

I write some fanfiction. Satori's Tale is done... but I'm not.^ Try play the game with other characters first? It's not like the main game itself doesn't have good variety of characters (even if they're locked initially)

Give me cute or give me...something?Suzunaan chapter 19! In which we have always been at war with EastProject.
Standard warnings apply.
I really like seeing Reimu to act nice to people. I don't know why.
Akyuu, I know you have like nine lifetimes of experience, but there is no need to go on offense on fact that maybe there are youkais who don't need to be hunted. Even she admits that Reimu doesn't believe that.
Gotta feel bit sorry for Reimu with how stuff ended.
And again with Akyuu, now wanting to put ads to Kosuzu's books.

Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!FS! Yaaay!
I agree completely!
Man, I commented on that before, but the completely eyeless children really freak me out! I mean, they're in closeup and stuff, that makes it so much more noticable...
Oh wow, this chapter does pretty seriously tackle the Youkai-Human Thing. Well, for a few pages at least.
I support Akyuu wanting more ads for Perfect Memento . Everyone should be aware of it and the other Touhou Worldbuilding Books. Hmm... "my book", she says. Does she only have the one?
That ending was very unexpected! Kosuzu actually had me fooled, too! You Magnificent Bastard, I read your BOOK!
@Clarste <3: Page 16, middle: "Oh course, these..."
To be honest, I instantly knew that the kid who traded books with Kosuzu was the fox kid. You cannot fool me with your clever ruse! Okay, maybe the fact that the fox kid is still in the school surprised, but aside that.
And how come Marisa just suddenly forgot about the whole thing? Eh, probably nothing.

Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Oh yeah, definitely . That much was clear, you could practically hear the demonic choirs in the background when that kid walked in wreathed in shadows . I just didn't know if either Kosuzu knew, or, if she did, what was going on, until the reveal at the end.
Definitely weird. My first instinct when that info appeared was "Oh, OK, Marisa was the fox again". That is the only way that info makes any sense: the Marisa throughout the book was the fox, the real Marisa was somewhere else and therefore doesn't know anything. The more I think about it, what else can it mean!? Why was that info there, if not for that? Mistake?
Don't Starve is a fun game and I recommend it to anyone who has the patience to die over and over again because I'm not very good at the game.
