I think that's an awesome spell, actually. Especially with the interface. Makes it a whole lot more epic, as if it's saying, "This is it, no more distractions." The music is also slightly better (though the other one's better to listen at outside the game).
So, Eirin considers Pache the most dangerous person in the SDM. Nice to know. Knowledge is power. But really, I wonder what'd happen if the two teamed up. Eirin can cure anything. Pache's a sick li'l girl. How powerful would she be if she was completely healthy and fit?

A lot of it is a lifestyle thing and do you see Patchy making any lasting lifestyle changes? It takes ten weeks to build a good habit and only one relapse to ruin all of your progress.

True. That would account for her fitness. However, her asthma, while she was born with it, has likely gotten a whole lot worse by constantly living in a dusty and mouldy library. She's also very likely got a lot of poisonous substances in her body, which have accumulated slowly over the century she's been there. So I think she'd get a lot better. I do think it's strange that she suffers from deficiencies when she doesn't even need to eat. Though perhaps those poisons makes her body unable to produce what's necessary?
Building habits depends on a lot of things. Mainly, if there's a personal benefit to it. Do you need to give something up, or are you trading one thing for another if equal value (trading up can be an almost automatic habit change)? Say you want to quit eating snacks between meals. If that's it, you're likely not going to succeed very well, or it's going to take a while. Say you replace them with a healthy alternative. That's going to make it a whole lot easier to adjust to the new habit, since you're not adjusting to what's a mental degrade of your situation.
Effort and frequency are other things. Let's say you brush your teeth twice a day sloppily, and want to do it more properly. It's not much effort involved, and you have two times per day to reinforce the habit. It could probably stick after a week or two, especially if you feel cleaner and happier about it. On the other hand, taking up exercising twice a week (running around the mansion ten laps, or the library five), if you're Pache, is going to be a lot harder. It's hard, takes a lot of effort, and it's not certain you'll feel very well afterwards. That's going to take several months to get into the habit of doing. But let's say she bought a guard dog that needs exercise a few times a week, and everyone else in the mansion refuses to do it (it eats faires, barks at vampires and maids, and she doesn't want it to become like fanon Meiling). That's going to give her a different motivation, and increase her chances of success.

I think canon Meiling sometimes wears pants. However, fanon Meiling is far more incompetent and lazy than canon Meiling.
Canon Meiling wears pants. Because she may be rather lazy, but she's not stupid. You do high kicks in that cheongsam of hers without pants, and there will be exposure.
