Pretty sure that's what she was wearing during the Mahorafest arc, so yeah. Kaede also looks pretty glum in the pic too, though she did use a copious amount of chains that would make Scorpion jealous in the fight against Dynamis.
Also, just picked up watching JJBA: Stardust Crusaders. Holy shit what the hell have I been missing.

The tip of the tail is white and the ears are pointy not round like the tanuki ears she was wearing during the festival. Not sure what else they could be.

Another installment in my thing where everyone in class A is maintaining a different masquerade.
There seemed to have been some confusion. When Eva sank her fangs into someone's neck, she expected blood to come out, not water.
Ah, the rest of Akira was turning into water as well, becoming something that looked rather like a humanoid river. So that explained it. “Didn't expect an elemental in the class,” Eva said, casually freezing Akira. Water elementals were the easiest critter to freeze she'd ever run into.
Okay, so the first attempt didn't work out, but the night was young. And there was Chizuru, ripe for the taking. Except that when Eva pounced, it was not blood that flowed up her fangs, but some bizarre ichor the likes of which she'd never encountered before. The likes of which she was glad she'd never encountered before, because Jesus, Mary, and Joseph it tasted foul. Eva left without bothering to find out what on Earth (at least for now) Chizuru was, being far too concerned with washing that taste out of her mouth.
A visit to a drink vending machine later, and Eva was on the prowl again. This time her quarry was Ako. For the third time that night she pounced on her unsuspecting prey, but this time she didn't immediately bit down, taking a moment to get a good whiff.
“Um,” said Ako, who couldn't think of a good reason why some stranger might accost her and start sniffing her neck, but could think of quite a few horrible ones.
“Chupacabra?” asked Eva.
“What? How did you- Are you like me?” asked Ako.
Eva paused in the middle of leaving to give Ako a Look with the weight of centuries of cynicism behind it. “Believe me, little girl, you're nothing like me.” With a dramatic swirl of her cape, she vanished into the darkness, off on the dread pursuits of an ancient lord of the night thwarted in her hunt.
Which happened to be old video games, but nobody needed to know that.

I've been noticing an uptic in OC fics all over the place. No idea why there's an increase though.
OC fics where Mysterious Handsome Ultrapowerful Guy Comes In, Replaces Negi, Rooms with Asuna and Konoka, and Seduces Evangeline with no effort have always been as depressingly common fixtures of Negima fanfiction as crossovers where Naruto does it.
