Cool.

INT is knowing a tomato is a fruit. WIS is knowing it doesn't belong in a fruit salad. CHA is convincing people that it does.

I love the SC Ps that are part of an ongoing story. That's why 808 was so cool when she was around.

From the sound of it, it appeared she was still controversial amongst the writers, however.

There are some that seem like they're begging for a short series of stories, leading to a final conclusion, however. In many cases this would relate to a termination order's completion. I can think of a few SCPs that, logically, should be slated for termination due to their inherent danger and cost in resources, with no apparent benefits to keeping them around. Some already have such orders in place; others do not.

Take a wild guess which SCP I'd considered setting up a termination plot for, before deciding not to join that site. Hint: it's one in the 900 range.

There's a whole lotta SC Ps in that range, especially when using the list.

My user information visible alongside this post contains a hint as well. And probably will no matter when you look, now or a year from now.

Ah. Yeah, that one probably should be terminated.

I have posted too much on this page!

But yeah. 953 offers nothing to the foundation, is a drain on resources and personnel, has caused the deaths of many civilians, and is a high escape risk. Logically she should be slated for termination.

I had a plotline in mind, but I don't think I'd fit into that site's culture.

Double post! First, that character apparently breaks the PM system, since that never got through.

Second, I have the first parts of that story (including a personnel profile, SCP profile, and addendum to said profile in continuation of that story I mentioned earlier) written down in a text file, but I'm wondering where on this site would be best to post them publicly...

Goggly's idea

Now, to avoid derailing that thread: should "SCP Foundation" be written in italics or not?

What, so Accelerando doesn't count as a work?

Okay, more appropriate, The Devil's Dictionary? Pale Fire?

(I can't write that page, I haven't actually read it)

Even better, these other things.

I think that, outside the SCP Foundation site, it should be italicized, but inside, it should be left alone, as it describes an organization rather than a (collaborative) work.

Also, thanks for the link thar. Wasn't sure I should poke this thread again 'til now.

It's a tricky question. I mean we italicize history accounts. I can't think of a comparable situation.
