Does anyone else follow Coelasquid on tumblr? Just wondering, because I was curious if anyone else felt she's been getting oddly mean spirited lately.
Read my stories!Well, she did mention once that she doesn't particularly likes making videogame comics.
Yeah, it seems odd that she's making a comic she dislikes.
Read my stories!Well, she probably liked it when she started out. Now she might be doing it just because of the fans, I dunno. With all that foreshadowing for new things to come, I'd say she won't quit on us within the next few weeks.
She also didn't seem to like this site, from the one time I recall her mentioning it in her comments.
I figure, if you don't like what you do, and don't have to do it, stop and find something you do enjoy. We'd understand. If you want to finish it, at least, then go ahead and do what you'd planned out. If you can, set some time aside to get as much of your affairs with it in order as possible.
That's my unimportant two cents.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyShe's always seemed mean spirited to me.
Well, it seems Coelasquid was in a car crash this past weekend. Oh and I guess a new comic too.

So. Let's all pause for a moment to smell what the Rock was, is, and forever will be... cooking.—Cave JohnsonI think she dislikes drawing bishie!Commander. That might explain her annoyance.
Read my stories!Yes, the creator seemed to get really testy a few weeks into this extended storyline. I've noticed other relatively new webcomic creators having similar crankiness the first time they decide to go for an epic storyline, especially if real life turns on them in the middle...which it usually does.
^^Well, she she started it.
That new comic is one of my favourites so far. I really love that solution.
Dammit, Canada!
I hope she's alright. I also hate to say it, but there's a sad irony to it all.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyI've never seen her Tumblr, but I've always found her somewhat mean-spirited.
Likes many underrated webcomicsYeah well, ah danno. Meanwhile, new comic.
Um... Miss Squid? Maybe they just liked your designs, or the people on that train of thought just didn't write as much, or they just can't read your mind.
The sad, REAL American dichotomy... That's it? They just had to get fixed up by the canadian healthcare?
This is kind of ridiculous. And appropriatly funny.
Commander Badass' son and his shark continues to be adorable.
So. Let's all pause for a moment to smell what the Rock was, is, and forever will be... cooking.—Cave JohnsonThe Commander is right. Science can get off it's lazy ass if it wants mammoth.
"The marvel is not that the Bear posts well, but that the Bear posts at all."I've never seen Sin City, but I got the impression that his issues stemmed from general body issues from the scarring and all that rot, rather than just picking up women.
Johnny Bravo is always a welcome addition, though.
I have a message from another time...Agreed. The Commander is right. He made a promise to Jonesy and he kept it. And both of those kids are cute as buttons. Pity his ex-wife is a bitch who one guesses would try as hard as she could to ruin their relationship with one of the best dads I have seen in fiction.
She doesn't seem all that bad to me. Just because things didn't work out between her and the Commander in a relationship as close and full time as marriage doesn't mean she's an ill-natured person.
...eventually, we will reach a maximum entropy state where nobody has their own socks or underwear, or knows who to ask to get them back....where did that negative impression of her come from?
The sad, REAL American dichotomyBecause the hot ones are always crazy

Just started this comic.
Even though I hardly play any video games, this comic is just awesome.
