I forget her name, too, but she's part of the villain clique. She mostly hangs around with the robots, who hold her in high regard, and she wants to become fully mechanical. She tussled with Buttercup once before during the Mandark arc, and swore eternal vengeance after Buttercup knocked one of her teeth out.

And yeah, the Buttercup/Jack thing squicks me, too, and the implication that it's stemming from an Electra Complex just makes it worse. I'm not really digging Jack's character in this comic in the first place, anyway. He's OOC. In canon, Jack was always polite and respectful, sure, but he was never so... bishie. Even when things were nice and everyone was getting along, there was an edge to him underneath it. It's also hard to believe that he'd be so laid back about not being out fighting Aku or searching for a way back to his own time.
