New Chaos Marine pic?: Characters.Warhammer 40000

The pic for the Chaos Marines really kinda sucks in comparison to a lot of the other pics. I was thinking about switching it out for this one◊. Any objections?

Done. I also resized several pics that were over the 350 pixel limit. I wouldn't necessarily mind new pics for the Eldar and the Lost and the Damned, but they're not so bad that they definitely need to be switched. Agree/disagree?

The pics are mostly okay. If you want you could use this [1]◊ as a new image for the demons of Chaos.

As for the other races.

The daemons, 2nd Eldar, and the first Lat D pics are great; if I wasn't about to leave I'd switch 'em out.

Alrighty, I've switched out the Eldar, daemons, and Lat D pics for the suggested ones. I'd also thought about switching out the current Ork pic for the cover art from the latest codex (see below) and adding either the Chaos symbol or the symbols for the Chaos gods to that section intro...what would be even sweeter is if someone could have the star with the symbols faded in the background...I lack the Photoshop skills for the task.

I would also suggest to use the Imperial aquila as an intro picture for the Imperium. [2]◊

That's a great pic of the star with the symbols in the background. All those are going up immediately.

EDIT: ...aaaaaand done. I think that's about all we can do with this page. If no one's got anything else, I'd say this can be locked up.

Actually, one more thing. The Ordo Malleus guy is a decent pic for the Inquisition, but the artwork's a little fuzzy. I wonder if it might be better to just have the =I= symbol in some form...

I have that one and a few others downloaded; I mainly wanted to see if anyone agreed or disagreed with the idea.

I'd pick either the second or third one.

I do not know if this really belongs here, but has it been discussed if the Emperor should recieve his own section in the character list? If there is an individual who really matters in 40K than it's him.

I lean toward the second one, if only because of the clear background.

The Emperor might need his own subsection, but for right now unless someone comes up with a ton of material about him, I'd say the Imperial section is good as is.

Yeah, I like the second =I= there. Goes well with the page colour scheme.

Everything is pretty much okay for now if you ask me. We could one day give the Emperor his own subsection since we have a lot of tropes that would apply to him.
