I like how Rumbling Rose and Divine Rose are uber-attack based keyblades though.

To the extent that in KHFM, Divine Rose is a better offensive keyblade than Oblivion, and, actually, anything that isn't Ultima Weapon and/or One Winged Angel.

Higher magic than attack? Just like Donald...

I believe Divine Rose was the last Keyblade I used in the first game; I might have defeated Ansem with it.

Probably because they're from the same place as Beast. So I guess the hydrangea keyblade's stats would probably depend on who and what it's associated with.

What is up with Divine Rose in Final Mix?

It made perfect sense before; a middle-of-the-road option between Oathkeeper and Obivion.

What's it get again? Also, Keyblades need more differentiating. Only Days, II and coded have really done it so far. Here's hoping the morphing thing pulls through.

Oblivion got nerfed to hell.

Wait, Divine Rose in FM is different from the original??

I've played the HD KHFM on 1.5, but not the original KHI, so I have no idea what's going on here except for skippable cutscenes and live orchestrated soundtrack.

Divine Rose jumped from +10 attack to +13, eclipsing Oblivion's +11.

The only nerf that happened to Oblivion was reducing its crit bonus from +4 to +2. Divine Rose's power jump is the more pressing factor in making Oblivion no longer worth using.

Rumbling Rose has Finishing Plus, right? Goes great with Final Form, Negative Combo, that Cloud Keyblade and another Finishing P Lus. Three-hit combos made out of finishers!

In Critical Mode it's more like five hits.

If I remember correctly, all the Rose keychains were given to Sora by Belle? At least I am sure Divine Rose was, so even tho it's associated with Beast because it's about the Rose, it's more associated with Belle because she's the one that hands them to you.

Not like the huge strength boosts make any less sense, considering how she elbowed Xaldin, but yeah

I really like Ram's tags... They talk about all of Kairi's key blades being flower themed. ... I'd really like that from an aesthetic perspective *_*

It'd restrict the worlds she could go to to a bit, methinks. I mean, you could have a lily pad keyblade for the Bayou and a glowing immortality-flower keyblade for Corona, but I'm drawing a blank on what would work for, say, Treasure Planet.

The word's "flora," actually. "Fauna" is for animals, like fauns, see?

Actually, thinking about it, there might be some flowers on the surface of Treasure Planet itself they can use. I can't remember one way or the other.

Speaking of Treasure Planet, which do you think would be better for KHIII, that one or Atlantis: The Lost Empire? I'd pick one only because I think two voyages in search for a lost civilization/treasure might be a bit redundant. I haven't seen Treasure Planet, though, so I'm not sure which would be better. Thoughts?

Also, a part of me really wants to see something related to 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

I liked Atlantis more than Treasure Planet so Atlantis please. Can you imagine Sora fighting this if it were show up?

I'd prefer Atlantis because I'm certain there is another space themed world I'd prefer even if I can't think of it now.

Great Mouse Detective, no question. It's got the better villain, for one thing.

Atlantis is a good choice, but I'm wondering if it has too many side characters for the series.

Deep Space, perhaps?

@ hearts and confusing terminology: I'm pretty sure that both Physical and Metaphysical hearts are called the same thing. I mean we somehow seem to manage to not get confused. (Then again I have no idea if 'Kokoro' is used for the physical heart in japanese.)
