Generally it just means that the guy is just in it for sex. The creepy and harassment parts are more like modifiers.
Fuckboy pretty much means creepy dude who harasses women. I've never heard it used in any other context actually.
Oh really when?I have seen it used pretty exclusively in various contexts of submissive male With occasional hanger on orbiter connotations though.
I've heard in in the "submissive male" context as well, but I always figured it was "Fuckboi" in that sense, and "Fuckboy" in the "misogynist douchebarn" sense.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117Question: how many of you are black?
I just want to know what the heck that hair is.
Joke? Why are you calling it a joke? You drew a picture of two dudes hugging and wrote "I love hugs!" on it.Still though, I see no problem with it because she's saying "don't become one".

"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterThat pity milkshake strip was one of the funniest QC strips in ages.
Also, ten bucks says the next three months of the comic are solely focused on the adventures of that purple-haired waitress.
I'll take that action, if only because I think it will follow the cook instead. :P
It's too ambigous of an insult, in my opinion.
And before anybody asks why I bring up the "only apparent in writing" thing - we as the readers can see how a word is written - characters are hearing it.
Though I suspect said ambiguity won't come up in the comic. :/

Welcome to Estalia, gentlemen.I first heard it as the name of the opposing force in the Skeleton War.
I had no idea about the "submissive male" connotation, I've always heard it used in the douchecanoe sense.
x4 - I wouldn't mind, if for no other reason than I dig her hair and tats and am interested in this dynamic she's mentioned.
I always thought it was synonymous with "promiscuous male". A bit like the word "slut" for dudes.
I never realized that it had such a nasty meaning to it.
Like, I've heard of young attractive men who put pretty instagram filters over their photos referred to as "fuckboys". And that's the only context I've heard it described.

Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for you{nods} My only context was in memes, where it seemed largely a disparaging term from "nice guys" for the guys who were mistreating the girls they were mooning over. I had no idea that it was something in black culture.
:) That sounds like one of those "73% of statistics are made up on the spot" quotes, but given their position as "the other" in our society without a distinct grographic origin (unlike, say, rural slang or slang terms grabbed from Indian or Chinese culture), I can see where that could be the case.
I've seen it in the meme sense, the submissive sense (rare) and the douche sense. Still wouldn't say it to a stranger even in the context of "don't be one", but QC is more or less based on strangers being way too snarky at each other as a baseline.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.It is sort of how Faye and Marten met in the first place.
Also, let's consider that the girl Clinton was sitting with introduced herself by producing a harpoon gun from under the bar. This interaction is "Hello, my name is Stacey," compared to that.
So, as an aspect of this setting, that people are a great deal more rude than they would be allowed to in real life. To accept this setting, we accept this, right?
no that's just the east coast

I thought Fuck Boy just meant 'creepy asshole who harasses women'? That's how my sister uses it.
