Wow, it's messed up how we did that and how so few little people know about it today.

Hopefully, if the US government is still doing STD experimentation, its for a good cause.

Maybe its not so bad? Maybe they did it with good intentions like trying to find a cure?

This is not the first time the US government has used latin americans as genie pigs.

their second favorite choice seemed to have been US students... so, way to go!

This would probably be a good time to mention that the same company that made Agent Organ sells the stuff that the Colombians, by initiative of the Americans, are pouring via airplanes, on top of Cocaine plantations.

[up] The sounds sort of like the strange case of the US government ending up poisoning its own citizens by spiking boot leg booze in a effort to get people to stop drinking during prohibition.

Didn't stop the drinking, but killed people I heard.

Wonder what the effect of snorting Agent Orange with Cocaine will be?

Well, the stuff is supposed to kill Cocaine or Marijuana and pretty much almost everything ... But heroin, that is, puppy flowers, seem to be immune to it and as a result when they are made into heroin are said to be more potent.

Well, taking warped step with this idea, you don't think the Government is actually releasing STD's in order to get people to stop having sex?

I dont think so.

I just think the experiment with ST Ds to solve the STD problems in the military, or perhaps to use it a weapon of war.

Uh, first, I don't think STD's are that big a problem for the US military. The old school Rape, Pillage and Plunder strategy hasn't been used by US military as an official policy before.

Besides, I think its illegal for US Military personel to have unsanctioned, non-government issued sex anyway.

Second, using ST Ds as a weapon would probably work only if your enemy were horny teenagers who don't use protection.

There is just about nothing horrendous or inhuman performed by major governments, least of all the United States', that can surprise me anymore. The only thing that astonished me was this part:

On Friday, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius offered extensive apologies for actions taken by the U.S. Public Health Service.
They apologized!?!? Wow.

When it does my eyes will literally pop out of their sockets. My Canadian free health care will cover the surgery to put them back in, right?

Not surprised in any way.
