Replace toxic with a a high crit move.

I say keep it fire/flying but give it an ability that gives it immunity to the first attack type used against it.

I filled up the Pokedex in both Sapphire and Diamond, and will do so in White. Sure, I had to get a friend to help me out with a couple (Mew, Celebi, etc), but with all these events I've been going to, and Ranger Signs, I may be able to get them all legit this time.

Dark/Ghost as a com mon? Never. Unless they pull a new type out of their ass, which won't happen in a million years.

Anyways, I'm re-playing Pearl with intense training. After getting the National Pokedex, I'll be up for Wi-fi battles and trades with all you guys.

If I get a Squirtle at any point, should I nickname it Chuggaa?

I like how the series is a succesor to the MOTHER series, due to Creatures Inc's involvement in them.

Yes, it is. Reds similar sprite to ness, Mewtwo's similar shape and appearance to Giegue, and several other small hints to the mother series are cleverly done on creatures inc part, as are some of the shout outs done by Game Freak to their other games, like The Volt Tackle Move.

Realizing the awful blunder they made, not having someone with a grasp of western history, mythology and religion design Pokemon 616, along with Pokemon displacing Metroid from the big three, Generation 6 will kick off with a 3D home console game prequel game taking place between Generations One and Two, designed by a Texas based gaming company(there by letting them design the Pokemon with the other number of the beast).

This will be followed by a more traditional game boy game by game freak(ala Metroid Fustion), for the price of two, and the traditional third game will be ignored. Diamond and Pearl's remake will also be ignored in favor of a sequel to Pokemon snap. You will finally be able to catch wild starters from older games. Kangaskahn will finally get a prevolution. Mario will counter Pokemon's rising sales by leading an evil team in generation six in an attempt to destroy the franchise.

Pokémon displaced Metroid back in Generation I, maybe II. Or am I missing something here.

No you're completely right, back in generation one. That's why it should get a prequel game done by Texans for the home console.

Oh! Nearly forgot! It's December. Meaning, Pokémon profile picture month on Facebook.

And for me, December means Hannukah. I've already gotten Sonic Colors on the Wii, plus a NES (complete with Mario 1, 2, 3, The Legend of Zelda, and Mega Man 2, as well as 2 NES controllers (which have already arrived) and two turbo controllers) are on their way to my house as I type this.

But that's getting off topic.

I'm happy to inform those who don't already know that Black and White come to North America in March. If I'm lucky with release dates, I'll be getting Black, White, a 3DS, and a cell phone all for my birthday.

P.S. Oshawott is fucking adorable.

I originally didn't like Tepig, but it's evolutions look badass.

I've already got a plan with starters. In Black, I'll get Tepig. In White, I'll get Oshawott (the cutest creature I've seen since Kirby absorbed Guilmon). And in the third version to come in about a year or so, I'm getting Snivy. This is because I always love and play the 3rd game the most, and grass type is my favorite.

With Black and White I'll do competitive, but in the 3rd game, I want to keep a no-loss record. Yeah, I'm a perfectionist when it comes to games, especially after the first time I beat them.

So, in Generation V, after the 3rd game, we'll be getting Ruby and Sapphire remakes. ON THE MOTHERFUCKING NINTENDO 3DS. Discuss.

For some reason, I wanted to listen to the Spanish Pokemon soundtrack. When the Pokerap came up I was amazed that the Spanish names of the Pokemon are more or less identical to the English names.

Huh? A lot of the English names are based on making a pun out of real animal names, adjectives, etc. These would be meaningless to most Spanish speakers. Why didn't 4Kids translate the jokes along with the dialog?

Am I the only one who isn't ready for Gen 6 yet? I mean, it's going to be awesome and I know I'm gonna get it, but I can't believe it's coming in October...
