Manchester and Brummie—do those accents have a dropped h as a typical feature?

Dunno about Brummie, but Manchester tends to regard the initial 'h' sound as something only suitable for Soft Southern Jessies. Middle 'R' sounds also tend to go missing in action quite a lot.

Liverpool does drop its 'h' sound, but it owes a lot to the Welsh and Irish accents. The biggest peculiarity of Liverpudlian is that the final 'ck' sound gets replaced with the Welsh 'ch' sound. So it's now ten o'cloch. grin

That is the part of the Scouse accent that just irks me. I hate to say it but when I listen to a Scouse accent going schchchchch too many times, it drives me up the wall.
