... Give it some time? If few people buy it at $10, they'll wise up and lower the price eventually.
I sure said that!Ten bucks is my own assumption. Considering how high the DLC prices for arena's minor cosmetic stuff is. The prices for Blazblue's DLC characters is about 8 (one guy is only like, 3 though. D On't know why.) Which is...better.
nyo ho hoI think Kagura is the cheaper one, because he is the only one who is unlockable via in game means (which is skivvy that they charge for him as an alternate method).
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.It sounds like his unlocking requirements aren't super difficult at least, not like the hellish score attack in arena.
nyo ho hoW00t! New record took10 record catching the P4 Golden sea guardian.
@otherarrow
You sound biased towards the P4 crew. And honestly, it's the P4 crew that has the villain's interest more. Sho has specifically targeted Yu and has to get past him first.
"I don't give a rat's ass about going to hell. I guess it's because I feel like I'm already there." -MugenPardon? I am just stating it as its presented. I literally know nothing of Sho's motives other than it's to raise pseudo-Tartarus and make lots of bad puns. (Also, SHO implies he was the one who threw Labrys in, but that is...weird and confusing.)
The P4 crew seems to be just around because they happen to be there when the fog fell. The P3 crew are the ones with the direct involvement, some of their number are in danger and the rest are fighting to save them.
Arena is much worse about it though, the P4 guys are THERE because they are Persona users living in Inaba, but they don't really do much with the actual plot aside from be things for Shadow Labrys to take out her pain on. (well, Naoto does, but she wasn't with the others at the time.)

Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.I'd think your town being in danger would be motivation enough for involvement. They live there after all.
Well, yeah. Fair enough.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Kagura DLC is just for people who can't be arsed to sit through story mode. Is a laziness tax.
Heart of StoneThere's also the fact that saving the day is kind of what the p4 crew do.
nyo ho hoAnd the P3 crew wouldn't? For shame.
Though, in all honesty, I kinda expect Labrys to be the one who does it. Arena, at least, was more her story than anyone else's, so I'd feel a bit betrayed if she was forced to take a back seat to the glorious return of Yu Narukami, Hero of Inaba or something.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.The P3 crew were assembled and trained. The scoobies just had a pimpin' protag to carry them through the TV world and a sense of justice. Hell, it's Yosuke who wants to go save Saki, not Yu. Even if it wasn't in their hometown, they'd feel the need to go help. Not too say the P3 crew wouldn't, just saying the Scoobies should get more credit.

nyo ho hoOn the whole DLC cost thing from last page: I wouldn't expect the DLC characters to cost much more than the usual price for DLC characters ($5) or the cost to get everyone's extra colors last game ($6).
Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle.Seeing as the P4 crew took on finding a serial killer who used a television to murder people they are technically obliged to save Inaba. Also Arena Labrys's story was connected to the P3 crew and the P4 crew. In Labrys's story mode she gets a vision of the Inaba Scooby gang and envies how they're able to go to school and such. However, them not being able to experience the same suffering that she did by killing her friends.
"I don't give a rat's ass about going to hell. I guess it's because I feel like I'm already there." -MugenI get the feeling that, like Terumi and Kokonoe, Marie will end up being a later release after Ultimax drops and be around 5-8 dollars.
Which means she'll come with all her palette swaps, her arcade mode/Episode Marie (providing that's a thing, which makes more sense after watching her trailer.)
Ultimax's story mode seems to be Chrono Phantasma's, but with a Persona skin on it. Good choice- I got sick of sitting through everyone's individual storyline in both Arena and Continuum Shift.
"And I just want to sink into your crazy laughter. Come and make me feel like the pain don't matter."...So, one single scene in Labrys's story that explains her motive makes the P4 cast equal in importance to her than the characters who actually know of her and have a connection to her? Am I hearing this right?
Seriously, I am not saying the P4 cast is completely irrelevant in the proceedings...just not important in of themselves. What they represent to Labrys is more important than they themselves are. It could have been any group of students to spark those feelings in Labrys, and the plot would probably have gone exactly the same way (at most, with a different school setting).
...Actually, this might be just me, but where did the "trailer" for the P-1 Grand Prix come from and why did it have each of them by name and such? Labrys had at most a glance at them and had no reason to know their names or any embarrassing facts about them. I guess Teddie and Rise's memories of them filled in the blanks? ME did it? (Also, did Eerie Voice/SHO throw Teddie and Rise in as well? I think Shadow Labrys is credited with it in game, but being a Shadow stuck in the TV World, there is no way she could have done so.)

Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Probably ME. Remember, the whole reason ME's there is to try to turn people's Persona back into Shadows. He likely thought that teenagers with attitudes (a.k.a. the Investigation Team) would be the easiest targets, so he influenced Labrys to subconsciously create the fake Yasogami and give Shadow Labrys the idea for the P-1 Grand Prix and General Teddie. The promo video is either a product of Shadow Labrys's illusion abilities (not likely, considering she wouldn't know about the IT until they entered the fake Yasogami) or a product of ME hijacking the Midnight Channel like when he separated Yu, Yosuke, Chie and Yukiko (a bit more likely, considering he knows about the IT). Also, Teddie was confirmed in his story mode to have wandered in on his own and gotten himself captured by General Teddie.

Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle.Oh he did? Stupid Teddie.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Yep. Couldn't find Yosuke during a shift at Junes, thought he was slacking off, entered the TV world in search of him, got wrecked and stuffed in a locker.
Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle.@Otherarrow
You just love putting words in my mouth don't you? I'm referring to the concept of school being appealing that Labrys wanted to create a world similar to it so she can be like the girl based on her. However, her shadow also reflected the side of her that was envious of the P4 crew who enjoyed their youthful life to its fullest and wanted to make them suffer. Therefore yeah their roles were just as important as the P3 crews. You're shilling their roles guy.
"I don't give a rat's ass about going to hell. I guess it's because I feel like I'm already there." -MugenBesides, does Labrys even know who any one from P3 crew besides Aigis is before hand?
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!P3 peeps provided the backstory, P4 peeps provided the motivation. They're both important. The end.
Marie translation by Pepsiman.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!
Wait, 10 bucks? Seriously? Even the Blazblue dlc wasn't that bad.
