Igno: -rushes over to the two cultists, turning his arm into some sort of vine-like whip to steal the dagger from them-

Nu Stein: "Heh, could use more fire and brimstone."

(Marcia watches Igno handle the cultists. She'll step in if it gets out of hand.)

Shane: -Leaps at the chanting cultist, Spear ready-

Ges: these cultists were trying to summon something right? it might be possible we've ended up in that place where that something currently is, or an alternate dimension where it was already unleashed. Or maybe just a reverse world.

Chrysalis: Maybe we should try and draw the demon out, if your theory is correct. And if you want me to I could do it right now. After all, if we kill it, it can't be summoned by the cultists.

-She jumps of the side of the tower and keeps her wings folded to achieve the maximum amount of dive speed towards the town. When she comes close to the bottom, she flares her wings and pulls up, hitting the ground and skidding to a halt.-

~as for Shane... well, as he is mid-jump, the Head Cultist grows six shadowy, arm-like appendages out of his back and attempts to slam Shane into the floor with them, still kneeling down~

~at least Igno succeeds at his grapple check and is now in possession of the knife :D~

~...while the cultist that drew the knife begins trying to strangle the other one instead~

~the town is only very barely recognizable as such, with massive piles of rubble and dust everywhere, and skeletons littering the former streets~

Ges: well you jumped down here so quickly that I never got a chance to plan anything.

Besides I'm more curious why the moon is darker than usual.

Chrysalis: What would you even plan? We have literally zero Intel on anything, if anything it's probably better to just..... wing it.... Heh.
