Maybe this is heresy, but I really don't find Joel funny at all on his own. Some of his props are cool, but there needs to be more to the act than that, which is what made MS T3k so good. His famous hatred of Gallagher is a bit off-putting, as Gallagher does have more to his act than props, and is IMO the better comedian for it.
