"Well...after you left, he stayed with me." He says, before looking down at the bar. "The next morning...I woke up in bed with him...naked."

Old habits die hard, especially when no one else lets them die either.Mira listens in on the conversation.
off the shits"And that's a problem? Last I heard you preferred the company of men, Tarou," Yamada chuckles and rests his cheek in his hand, "And given recent events it seems like you could have used a little stress relief."
Gregor is standing in the doorway. At first, the way he's staring at the others could mean he's listening in, but really, he's just waiting to see what they do next as his hearing isn't as good as it should be.
"You didn't take my sword, did you?" Mira calls over to Gregor.
off the shits"Well, yes, that is true...what is troubling me more is that I was too drunk to stop myself." He sighs. "Sasuke is...more important to me thank a drunken romp like that..."

Old habits die hard, especially when no one else lets them die either."Hm. Well if that's the case then why do you look at it like a drunken romp? If the feeling is there and it's returned, then the context of the event is just another means of showing it, right?" At this point Yamada is just rationalizing. He's never felt the kind of feelings Rentarou must be feeling, so he isn't sure if his advice will help or not. He hopes he isn't inadvertently hurting his friend.
"Hmm..." Tarou thinks about Yamada's words. "...I never thought about it in that manner..."
Old habits die hard, especially when no one else lets them die either."I mean, unless you regret it," says Yamada with a shrug, "but otherwise I can't really see the problem."
"And if you do feel that bad about it, show this man that your feelings are more than a drunken romp to you."

off the shits((Daydre, do you have Skype? If you do and you're interested, we a chat going that more or less acts as our discussion thread.))
Tarou quickly shakes his head. "I do not regret it at all." He says firmly. He then nods at what Mira says. "That sounds like a good plan..." He says before smiling. "I did not think coming here would help me solve this, but I'm glad to have been proven wrong. Thank you both. Now, give me a drink." He chuckles.
Old habits die hard, especially when no one else lets them die either.Yamada smiles and pats his friend on the shoulder, "Well, I'm happy we could help out."
((Yeah. I have to add someone else soon too, what's yours?))
Mira grins.
"You're welcome."
She turns around and grabs the sake, pouring some for Tarou.
off the shits"So what is go on here," Gregor asks the others as he makes his way up to the counter.
No, he didn't steal Mira's sword...
((It's Gregory Blackwell.))
"Thanks." Tarou eagerly takes the sake, downing it quickly. He places the appropriate amount of money on the counter.
"I do not think we have met." He says to Gregor. "I am Rentarou."
Old habits die hard, especially when no one else lets them die either.Seeing the money hit the counter reminds him, and Yamada looks up to Mira with a smirk.
"So how much do you think that buck is worth?"
"Come to think of it, I don't think I've met you personally either." She says to Rentarou.
"I'm Mira."
She turns to Yamada.
"Quite a lot, probably. It was in pretty good condition when you brought it."

off the shits"Gregor," he replies to Rentarou. He goes to shake his hand.
"All right, and how much are you willing to give me in return for it?" asks Yamada. If he is trying to be a good businessman, he is failing, and instead sounds somewhat unsure of himself.
He reaches out and gives Gregor a firm handshake. "You are a traveler, I presume?"
He then looks back at Mira. "...Ah, yes, you're right. Sorry, my manners have not been the best. Pleases to formerly meet you, Mira."
Old habits die hard, especially when no one else lets them die either."Nice to meetcha!"
She ducks under the counter for a second, before returning with a bag of money about the size of a grapefruit.
"This'll be good, right?" She says as she hands it to Yamada.
off the shitsYamada takes the bag and notes how heavy it feels.
"Yeah, that should be fine. Thank you very much Mira," he says with a smile, "now I can get what I need." He stands, gives a polite nod to everyone, and walks out, with plans to purchase all the items he will need for the journey home.
She waves goodbye to Yamada.
"Bye~"
off the shitsSasuke descends the staircase into the tavern proper, looking more than a little upset. He heads for the bar before he sees Tarou there, at which point he turns again, heading for the back door, trying not to upset him with his presence, which, he now assumes, is very much unwanted.
"I'm as free as the dust in the solar wind."
"I do recall," says Yamada, nodding. He also had a bit more than he should have. Then again, without it he doubted he would have been able come to the decision to head across the mountains.
"What about it?"
