Burn? Blaze? Brand?
EDIT: Wait never mind I misinterpreted OP.
EDIT 2: Bile?
EDIT 3: I can't help but feel that the four elements would've been linked to early anatomy/medicine anyway, although most likely to the 'humours'. Going to have a look...

"Allah may guide their bullets, but Jesus helps those who aim down the sights."Brawn, maybe?
Balance.
Barrier.
Betray.
Bite.
Bile.
Bitter.
Blanche.
Blind.
Blot.
Brazen.
Bray.
Bronze.
Brute.
Burrow.
Burst.
Interestingly, I was just about to make this thread, only requesting the names of various enlightenment thinkers.
Read my stories! You could have Water be brain, and Fire be blood. somehow that seems more appropriate to me, not sure why. Perhaps because blood is red? And the brain is largely water (so is everything, though)?
Or Fire could be brain for the energy of neurons firing.
Be not afraid...fire is brawn.
Fire usually refers to the spirit when such things are taken alchemically.
Sorry, I no can think of alliteration for you.

Okay, I've got four "seasons" of a story planned out, and I'm thinking of giving them a naming convention akin to the four traditional elements represented in the body. Water = Blood, Earth=Bones, Air=Breath, Fire = ?
Note the Added Alliterative Appeal there. I'm too anal to leave Fire without a corresponding "B," but the most I can think of is "Balls."
Help?
