Cutlist block

When I try to access the cutlist I get a page that says, "Sorry, The cutlist is not available to new tropers. Stick around for a few weeks." I have literally been on this site longer than some other tropers have been alive. What gives?

Short version: if you recently provided an email your account is being flagged as new because the email only recently entered the database. ~kory was supposed to have fixed that, but there's someone else with the same issue in the Changelog thread as well.
