How would you credit a quote from a book in First-Person? Not actual dialogue- just a character's internal monologue. Would it be "[Character]'s internal monologue"?

Standard tends to be

Quote
Character name. Work Name

That it's said out loud or in first person doesn't tend to matter. If for some reason the added context is needed you can use

Quote
Character name's monologue. Work Name

But generally it's not needed. Plenty of the wiki's tropes are inner monologues or narrations.
