Because only Omnipresent Tropes allow aversions to be noted?

But Shouldn't We Be in School Right Now? isn't on that index?

I'm pretty sure you can note aversions for any trope, as long as its absence from the work is conspicuous based on other works in its genre or set, even if it isn't strictly omnipresent.

I think the big thing is that you should only list playing with Omnipresent tropes, rather than straight examples, as only playing with them is notable.

The trope is about Fridge Logic concerning the premise of the story that is not necessarily acknowledged within it (despite the dialogue title), so the trope is "averted" when the characters actually do have to fit their adventuring around school. Because that's more "realistic", the trope is still when they don't have to attend school without explanation, as something the writers have elected to ignore for the sake of the story (and if you prefer, we also have Wake Up, Go to School, Save the World for cases where "saving the world before bedtime" is considered the trope, though that seems to be superhero-specific).
