Reverse Polarity's laconic says "Techno Babble solves everything", but the description and most of the examples are about characters saying they reversed the polarity of something. It's like a stock phrase in disguise. Should I add it to Tropes Needing TRS?

The laconic could use some tweaking, but I don't see much wrong with the trope, which is about the cheap trick of using an unscientific polarity switch to solve a problem.
