There are some Magazine pages that lack tropes. For work pages, this would normally not be allowed. However, magazines can act as publishers. So I think it would make sense to treat Magazine/ pages as hybrid work/creator articles. That is, as long as they meet the requirements for either a work or creator page (such as having a list of works they've published), they can stay.
