IDK. IIRC, the next ArtFight theme is usually decided by polls.
I haven't checked but I don't think the poll for next year's theme is out yet.
Now, if you don't mind me huffing some copium, I'm hoping for Order Vs. Chaos or Creation Vs. Destruction because they are themes I vibe a lot with.

Unless there's any announcements, we can assume it will be happening next July. There's probably some similar-ish events that happen on a wider range of the year, but the only one I know of without any drama I've heard of is Featured Character.
