The decision to have closing credits is a choice. It's usually not one driven by concerns regarding the work itself, and in most professional works it's something of an Enforced Trope, but it's ultimately a decision that goes into the production of a work, which fits the model of a trope for me.
Looking at the page, it has no examples. I think it's already definition only.
What is meaningful about Closing Credits? It seems like a Chair to me.
