Just run timelords and top deck every single anti-trap you can stuff in there because that's what ive been losing to every single time
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaI've been playing Ishizu Vernusylphs for the entire event. Turns out Labrynths have a bit of hard time getting over multiple Goddess Vera procs :P.
I'd been running Darkworld because it was literally the only deck I had already that could be played, with triple Royal Decree and two Red Reboot. Left me with even more of a burning hate for Labrynths handrip because it destroys the card in your hand, not discards it.
Honestly I only use Lovely if I already have a Lady out. Lady is just so fun to use for getting a bunch of nonsense traps out
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaI saw Consecrated Light and Shadow Imprisoning Mirror in some of the opposing decks I fought. I had no idea why that would be in someone's deck until I remembered that Labrynth were all DARK. I get it now and I understand why you guys have such a problem with them. If you don't shut them down or punish their cost effects it's brutal.
I got 8000 medals and decided to call it quits here. Not bad considering I only remembered to start playing this event yesterday.

I see the new event didnt inspire any new posts.... how about a brand new meta shaking banlist instead?
Poor Tears. Maybe it's time I finally learned how to play Dragon Link.
Good riddance to another Tear card and some Ishizu cards.
Block Dragon and Rhongo bring gone are amazing as well, first duel after a break from a string of toxic bs the other day was against a Numbers Eveil Rhongo deck.
Yeah, it took way too long, but Rhongo and Block Dragon are finally gone, good riddance.
Rhongo in particular is just way too easy to abuse to prevent the opposing player from playing the game at all. It shouldn't have stayed as long as it did.

It was rough going since I've never played one before, but I'm getting the hang of this Agent deck I made for Light versus Dark festival.
Finally finished the light side, limiting Exosister Pax really fucked Exosisters. Can't believe how damaging a hit it was since either leaves basically no recovery options and gets them super fucked by Evenly.
Much as I like my Agents Deck, I decided that if I was going to spend 1500 gems on the Blackwing Structure I might as well use it for the Dark half of this festival. Time to practice in solo mode, because jesus I do not have a handle on how many combos I can do.
EDIT: Sitting at 10000 medals now. Man this Blackwing Assault Dragon Tax is disgusting. Now I know how Branded players feel with this kind of power.

Was able to finish up the event yesterday. Dark side I went with Branded Predaplants, Light side I tried using Cyber Dragons but kept getting blown back, so I pivoted to my old reliable Metaphys deck and finished that too. Ended up with the coveted Harnesser of Chaos title with pride.
And now, for the Latest updates
M-X Saber is back, some secret packs got updated, and new ones are being introduced too. Scareclaws and visas get their own secret pack at last (still salty they made almost all of them U Rs way back when), Number 86 gets booted out from their pack in exchange for all the newer Heroic cards made last year, a new U.A. Solo mode, and a new selection pack featuring Red Eyes, Black Luster Soldier, Obelisk, and Crystal Beast support.
New update is out as of yesterday, bringing in a new Selection pack, a new Secret Pack, and a few accessories. The selection pack brings new Galaxy support, as well as introducing the Purrely and Mikanko archtypes, while the new secret pack is an Infernoble knight and Sherry's Noble Knight pack, aka the one Barrone is in.
Purrely is fun
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaSeeing the banlist for the upcoming event is genuinely frustrating. Floo was the only deck I had for it and its banned to hell. And then ontop of that Maxx C is left legal while Ash Blossom is banned, so that's even more reason to go for Floo...
Didn't even know there was an event inbound...and still don't cause you neglected to mention the theme. Let's see what we got here...
Ahhh, looks we got 2 events, and one with a unique set of rules
King of the Island: Make a deck using one or two of the following types: Beast, Beast-Warrior, Winged Beast, Insect, Reptile.
Fusion and Xyz Festival: Pretty self explanatory, Extra Deck is fusions and Xyz monsters only.
Looks like I got my beetroopers ready to go. As dor you Dianne maybe consider running Simorgh instead? You might have picked up a few of those if you have a full floo lineup.
I have three Simorgh of Darkness, but not a single one of the other high rarities.
King of the Islands sounds like a jungle theme, neat.
Lyrilusc Event 1 and Lyrilusc Event 2. Odd choice, but that works for me.
So King of the Island is a bit of a bore. Feels like people are just grinding the event out this time. I got 5550 medals but it hasn't been all fun.
I already finished the Island portion using the power of Beetrooper/ Insect Soup. Had a few fun matches but I did notice people running lyrillusic beatdown, probably because its one deck that works for both events.
Yeah. There's not really anything good to use and the Maxx C Minigame is worse than ever. Tried making Simorgh to use since I only needed one UR but its been awful, bricks way too much.
I'm not even gonna try for this festival. The only deck I have that has any of the types is black-wings and surprise they banned all of its synchros that were even halfway decent
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~Civia
I didn't bother to completely finish it. Running into Labyrnth so much is such a complete slog. Especially because I hate Lovely so much for having a hand rip.
