It is quite awkward that the lesson Lucasfilm took from Solo was “don’t recast characters” instead of “don’t rush underbaked scripts into production.”
I mean. The thing is that the technology works better when the actor looks like the subject. So it only makes sense to cast someone who looks as close as possible to Luke.

The fanbase was really, really, really up in arms about recasting at the time. When Lucasfilm went "don't worry, we will never, ever recast any character ever again" it was an attempt to try to tell the fans what they expressed they wanted to hear.
Only for the fanbase to up and change their mind when Mandalorian Season #2 approached its finale and it became clearer and clearer that Luke would show up (arguably because it was never about recasting, but about finding something to complain about), but by then it was too late.

That just begs the question of why they even went the Uncanny Valley deepfake route in the first place if they could get an actor who looks just like the character anyway.
So when Boba Fett reawakened in the Sarlacc Pit and found that stormtrooper, how did that Stormtrooper end up down there? And why did his armor so clean looking?
Stormtroopers are everywhere. At this point in canon, they're just menial grunts so he could've just fallen in after helping Boba unload Solo.
As to being clean... picked dry by stomach acid?

The Empire maintained a nominal garrison on the planet, even if they let the Hutts do whatever they wanted for the most part, if I recall correctly.
The guy might have also been part of one of the search parties that were looking for the droids in A New Hope (which means he would have been down there for years).

I heard that original story idea that became Kenobi series had a scene where some farmers would dump stormtrooper bodies into Sarlacc to dispose of evidence.
Stormtroopers being “elite soldiers” is pretty much just Empire boasting how even their mooks are suposedly super baddas soldiers. They even have bunc of “elite elite” variations.

"Young" is a very vague and difficult to determine period. 10 years to a 20 something might have little effect on one's appearance, given good health and such. I've visited my elementary school when I was about to graduate high school only to be shocked at how little some of my teachers aged.
