Looking at the descriptions, it seems that a "Mirror World" is a level taking place in an alternate manifestation of a previous level—something like an alternate universe, or another time period, etc. Conversely, a "Remixed Level" seems to be a return to a previous level within the same dimension, era, etc., showing changes wrought upon the level in the interim.

I'm having trouble figuring out the difference between Mirror World and Remixed Level. The descriptions in the trope pages are flying over my head, and neither square peg-round trope nor the list of subtle trope distinctions have anything on the matter. I got some help suggesting this difference > However, my understanding is that Remixed Level is for an individual stage while Mirror World is for a remixed overworld. However, I was told this would be the best place to ask. Is there a good example of a level that's Remixed but not Mirror and vice versa, or some other disambiguation? I'm happy to edit these pages as necessary to clear this up going forward. Thanks!
