Medium Two Shot on conflicting indexes

So, I just stumbled upon Medium Two-Shot. It’s got a rather unique problem of being on both Definition-Only Pages and Tropes Needing Examples. It’s also on Pages Needing Wicks, despite having a banner reminiscent of those being on No Examples, Please tropes. So, my question is, which, if any, of the indexes it should be removed from?

As an Omnipresent Trope it doesn't need examples or wicks.
