Yup, literally killed her off JUST to bring her back as a mutant.
Oh yeah, and Kt JL is dying.
I mean, from what i gather the game haven't been especially "alive" from the start.
Just everything about this game, from the game itself to it's results (Warner Bros deciding to double down on live service shit) is a disaster. From confusing direction to annoying characters (aside from King Shark and Captain Boomerang) to very lackster plot and repetitive missions, it's like they didn't really cared about it becoming a success.
The game was a disaster before it even released, it's getting progressively dumber then it already was but I'm not sure if I'd say it is 'dying'.
The First manIt all depends on how you see its remaining playerbase. Do they have numbers that make it worth it to keep going?
Wake me up at your own risk.Honestly, I find Captain Boomerang to be one of the most grating to listen to.
...OK, what word would you like me to use then?
Angry Joe ranting about the DLC, how every player needs to be at level 35 to even access it, Joker costing 10 dollars (even though he was promised for free), the crazy grinding you need to do to reach level 35 and how the whole DLC basically offers little in terms of content and even Joker (who is a star of the DLC) barely interacts with the team.
This is worse than Avengers. Say what you will about that game but at least the first 2 Hawkeye DLC's provided some new major level setpieces and a new boss with Maestro.
Here though they can barely make any actual substantial new content for the game. The development for this game is a massive trashfire.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."So, will they continue for various seasons or they will stop because the game will fail before the programmed ending?
"We live in a society" - Winston Churchill, probablyMy money's on them stopping short after this season because it's a trashfire.
MAYBE a second season, if we're optimistic.
"That we continue to persist at all is a testament to our faith in one another."This game is almost entertaining in how it manages to shoot itself in the foot every step of the way.
Right now, what this game is managing is to kill the Suicide Squad.

Wake me up at your own risk.Meanwhile WB -despite being in a position where they could have learned from Marvel's mistake- not only kept pushing the squad (in the wrong way) even after noticing that didn't work, but now they see this games failure, with people being pretty clear about what they dislike about this game, all these things people dislike being things that should have been very easy to see coming...and conclude that "The console market is too Volatile''.
Hope the Wonder Woman game turns out great. That would probably not lead to a return to Video Game, because a suit will never notice he was wrong no matter how obvious it is, but it would at least be a good game to leave on.
(Also it would be poetic if WW was once again the one thing that everyone agree is good.)
I'm rather shocked at how incompetent the new content is.
Massive grind, no story update, no interactions with the new character, and a single reused boss fight.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Can I be real for a second and give a more personal opinion? A thing that I fear is that in the future, this game decides to take previous Arkham villains and turn them into laughing stocks, like it happened for the Penguin (It costed his qualification as "Complete Monster" on top of that). It may be only me, but characters like Scarecrow and the Riddler are great because of how vile yet engaging they are. Putting that upside down and turning them into comic reliefs would ruin the point of that.

"We live in a society" - Winston Churchill, probablyAt least Penguin is getting upcoming show soon which hopefully will wash the stank off of his role here.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Like why is Riddler still a thing btw? Batman went crazy yet he still puts stuff everywhere.
Mileena MadnessBecause he isn't a main on the suicide squad and this game is just using Batman and the Arkham series as bait to get people to try it.
If they actually wanted the Riddler to be in the game it wouldn't be that hard. Make him a playable character with a bit of a focus on traps. The reason as to why he is doing this is because it will be his one chance to one up Batman, by being able to say that he not only saved the world, he saved Batman to with a smug grin on his face. Only for Batman to be able to have the last laugh by pulling a Superman and saying "Yeah, thanks. I knew there was good in you." with a honest grin on his face. The shear rage at Batman doing this pissing off the Riddler like never before.
Hilariously, in the Latin American Spanish dub Joker is voiced by the actor of James from Pokemon.
Angry Joe's rant on the Season 1 dlc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0BDezC24cKI
And wow, I didn't know just how bad it got. Like, if you want to get all the stuff in the pass without paying real money, you need to do over 1,000 missions, as you need 1,000 of the green currency to get to a level, but the missions only give you 50. And there's over 70 levels in the pass.
Oh, someone already pointed it out. Also, how do you embed videos?

We live in a world where the Riddler has outlived Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and the rest of the bat family.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.
Now the tables have turned that Ms. Marvel, once the intended mascot for the Inhumans, has now become a mutant both in the MCU AND comic.
EDIT: Also SS Joker sucks.
