the show with the hot questions and even hotter wings

so, what's your favorite episode?

have you tasted any of the sauces?

how well do you handle spicy food?

I've ordered some of their sauces brewed for the show by Heatonists.

The Classic is a good, basic hot sauce. It's decent, but nothing special. Like, basically "What if tabasco, but also tasted good?" It's fine but there's plenty of other hot sauces that occupy the same niche.

Los Calientes (The original, not tried the Los Calientes Rojo) is the best goddamn hotsauce I've ever had. I cannot compliment it enough. I've bought about a dozen bottles by now and that's with me having to pay an import fee and I dont care coz it's sooo good. Alton Brown kept complimenting it, he's not joking. It's citrusy, fruity with a cumin hint and a delicious heat that's strong but not overpowering. Me and some friend have spent evening eating nachos with nothing but a dab of lost Calientes on it and we were loving it. It's that good. It's so good that sometimes you dont want to use it for some things coz the flavors are too complex and you'd be wasting your sauce by using as a mere "make things hotter" additive. Serious, 10/10

The Last Dab (Original, not tried the new version) lives up to its reputation. For the first 15 seconds you're treated to a delicious experience of tumeric, garlic, ginger and mustard and you're like "Oh man, this is some GOOD stuff." Then after that 15th second, Pepper X kicks down the door and goes "Hey!" and it becomes HOT. That said it's does have one drawback. It's a very thick sauce and it's hard to extract from the bottle. And even harder thus to regulate how much you put on things (And you dont want to put alot of it on anything!)

So on the show itself. I like the concept of the show... but I can't stand Sean Evans? Like, he's a bad host. I'll fully admit it's my opinion, but there's an awkwardness to how he asks questions and it often feels like he's compelled to fill silence with as much talking as he can and the way he talks which I can't even describe. In a lot of videos the people he's talking to seem more put off by him and his awkwardness than the goddamn wings.

Best episode is Alton Brown coz he reviews the sauces.

they should put pure Capsaicin after The Last Dab

just have equipment ready to heat it up since it crystallizes at room temperature, they could use the same method this guy to make it a liquid. and then they dip the chicken wing right into the melted capsaicin and take a bite

maybe a guest can bring some pure capsaicin with them while they're there
