Event details came out and indicate yes, because it's getting a full on 3-week treatment with a set of S stages that only the other big tier events like anni and summer get.

Alright, that settles it, I'm barely rolling after Hoederer to afford both collab units and Ascalon. She is the last of NPC I really want, so I don't even care who will be the anni unit anymore. Also, I have been predicting her as an Ambusher since forever, nice to see it confirmed.

I definitely want both Virtuosa and Viviana, Degenbrecher, and Ela. Ascalon, Shu, and Zuo Le are maybes, Ray and Hoederer definitely the well someone had to be skipped out group out of this lot.
I'm saving for Degan.

Just beat S-3. Without any buffs whatsoever just to get it over with. I refuse to do that again.

We got some information
about that new (yet another) guard archetype CN is getting for the Babel event.
They do half of their damage as AoE splash to surrounding enemies. ...At least they will be better than crushers.

Lol at the last part. It doesn't help that HG chooses to buff Tacticians instead of Crushers even though Hoederer's global release is going to happen around the CN event

Eureka's massive stun timer (a whopping 7.5 seconds) makes her into a super stun nuke in IS4 if you get the damage on status and status extender relics.
Double up her stun time and add thousands of Arts damage per second for the entire duration. Serious crowd control power.

The Chapter 13 update comes with a hefty six-hour maintenance downtime, so new players need to bind their accounts.
Maintenance period: April 16 from 04:00 to 10:00 (UTC-7).
CN SPOILERS: The sidestory BABEL has a lot of CG that was previously previewed in the 3rd Concept Trailer. Yes, we're gonna learn more about the old days in Kazdel, before Rhodes Island.

lore nuke is underselling it. apparently...
- Doc and Priestess' race created Originium as a data repository for something similar to Dorothy's plan (Lotus-Eater Machine incldued). Oripathy is less a bug and more of a feature as the method of the Brain Uploading aspect.
- The Seaborn were created to terraform...Terra
- past!Doc is quite the accelerationist, and fearful of the "Observers". These seem to be the forces behind the Collapsals and the Catastrophes.
- The reasons is that he thinks the Lotus-Eater Machine plan would mean that the Observers would ignore them, and that once they are gone, they could use the data in the original to copy the midns stored there and being civilization back to Terra. Doc's confidence in the plan waned until Theseia had reconstructed a flower form Originium, so we can add Nice Job Breaking It, Hero to her profile now :P
- The Civlight Eternia name is explained by this plan. The title is indicative of Doc's and his race's plant o ensure the survival of civilization and Originium and the Sarkaz's role in it.
- He was originally with Kazdel, but defected to Babel and then betrayed them in turn.
- Theresia instigated the mind wipe, wanting to free the Doctor from the burden of the past and the fear of the Observers and seeing the kinder side of him become more prominent. It paid off in dividends given Lone Trail.
- The event Final Boss is Amiya of all people.
- Theresis is taking up the Ghost of Babel's plan.
- oh and Kal'tsit is technically the Doctor and Priestess' daughter
I have had a night worth of sleep to think it over, and... Stuff revealed in Babel has some... implications for the current Terra's technology.
As we know from the very beginning, a lot of tech is powered by originium - even one of the loading screens says so - but seeing how originium is apparently some sort of data crystal that uploads organics' minds into itself, Terra using it to power tech means that this tech quite literally runs on recordings of peoples' minds. Anytime some rich schmuck uses his Terra-phone to play a cookie-clicker, someone is getting erased from existence to power that phone. OUCH.

I did always assert that Originium had properties from both Mako and Tiberium.

I always think that Salus is the creepiest of the Confessarius cadres, even when counting Shining's brother's weird inbreeding bodysteal. Just the way she hovers around Shining during the dinner scene makes my eye twitch from the obvious red flag.
