The Oxventures (Outside Xbox/Outside Xtra's DnD Adventures)

figured we needed a thread for it

currently making my way through their playlist, having just finished Bad Chair Day

i really enjoyed the way they dealt with the boss in A Fishmas Carol and Merilwen's Meatgrinder was great

What is your favorite moment in the series?

finished Heist Society, easily one of their funniest campaigns, near non-stop stupidity

finally finished with STOP HAMMER TIME!

incredibly funny how Dob managed to screw up being a middle manager of skeletons and ended up murdering 15 orphans to make rebuild the town hall

and then he attempted to cast mend on the orphans after getting them out from between the bricks

and, as a bonus, Luke (Dob) managed to predict every plot point, including the skeleton Voltron

finished Spell Check

the Oxventures breaks out of prison and Egbert gets one of his kidneys stolen.

Dob's plan to distract Lilliana with a poem while Egbert and Merilwen delays their entry to make it more awkward for Dob was hilarious

and to top it all off, Corazon ends up getting juiced up by by jumping into a vat of absorbed magic (together with Prudence) and spends the rest of the campaign creating sandwiches with magic

finished Out of Order

disguising Egbert as a seahorse was hilarious and then Corazon ruins their stealth by throwing a brick through a window in anger while pretending to be Dob, followed by Dob pretending to be an Interpol agent

and when they finally fought Jacques Darkfall, Corazon started hitting on him and getting jealous of how stylish he was. and then Egbert used Command Word "disrobe", because he had used the "surrender" as a Command Word before and didn't want to repeat himself, which ended up with Corazon stealing his clothes

oh, and Prudence got all of his poison

finished Ship Happens

probably the least derailed campaign they ever had, though we got to see the skeletons again
