Yu-Gi-Oh BLANK Discussion thread

Sorry for the long period in between posts by the way. Mostly school stuff getting in the way, but hey, that'll be over soon, for better or worse.

Also, as I was typing that last post I realized Rek was really ahead of the curve for 2020.

Ok, so school shit is finally dealt with. Expect more posts in the coming days.

ALSO: Ice Barriers are getting a structure deck. Looks like Hell finally froze over, because they might actually be able to summon their boss monsters now.

So I guess Triahula is no longer a Genex boss monster.

She'll always be welcome there, and in all our hearts.

Also the full list of the Charmer structure deck is out and... only Archfiend Marmot and Inari got retrains even though it looked like there was at least gonna be one for Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water. And they didn't get a proper boss monster...

Well, least the new Spell/Traps are nice.

woo, im back. forgot my password there for a bit, and the end of the semester was heeeeeeeeell.

And... Yeah. I'm a little bit irritated at the lack of Awakening Ranryu and Jigabyte. I love what they did, but it kind felt like they only did the minimum, and like they could have done a lot more. At the very least we could have gotten boss monsters, like contact fusions or something that are like... perfect attunement type charmers. Like a Dragon girl Wynn, or a Kyuubi Hiita.

So... Yeah, Im still here, sorta. Was debating for a bit on whether or not I should drop out, but... eh. no real reason to, and I've been mildly thinking of switching to charmers now that "all" the new support is out. Though maybe I should test them first to see how functional this archetype actually is now. Which would be grand, except Dueling Nexus hasn't put in one fricken spell, and its the searcher, aka the most important one >_>

Well, WANTED to post today but Tvtropes decided for some reason to be unavailable for the majority of it (Was it just me or did this happen to everyone?) It's about 3am over here, so chances of me doing so at this point are pretty low considering I'm getting pretty tired.

Hopefully I can get it done early in the morning, assuming I don't oversleep again.

Hey guys, just wanted to say I'll be dropping out officially.

Sorry for not really doing much or sticking around, but I just haven't been feeling it, which I guess was evidenced by the long stretch of no posting.

Sorry for the late response, had a few personal events over the last two days.

Romanian I'm sad to see you go but it has been great having you as part of this. I can honestly say you've given me a new appreciation of Gouki's as a deck, and you were always fun to chat with in this discussion page. See you around man.

Now then, I do have something important to bring up (And this has been on my mind for a while now):

I'm not entirely sure I can keep this going.

Now don't take this as an absolute confirmation of this being cancelled (Though I will need to do some restructuring going forward) but, as can probably be seen by my own posts becoming less and less frequent, I have lost a decent amount of interest for this over time, along with having other projects (Both school and personal) to work on. It's been almost 2 years since I started this RP and in that time a lot of things have changed in my life, and that also means my interests have been slowly shifting as well. Again, don't take this as me saying this is all over, only that it's a possibility and that if we keep going (Which we will at least for the time being) that things'll probably change a bit. A part of me wants to keep going and a part of me doesn't, and it's only fair to tell you guys about that.

If this is the end though, I do want to give a big thank you to everyone, both currently and formerly, playing. It's been great running this for all of you.

That's pretty understandable, sorry if my inconsistent posting has contributed to any lack of motivation, ect. Life has been pretty busy on my end too, and it's been a little tough figuring out what Kara would or could do to contribute since she's new. That and honestly I'm more into the animes than the actual card game scene (I don't even have any cards) ^_^;

Anyway, I'll still be here if the RP is continuing and happy to help brainstorm if I can. But if not, thanks for letting me give it a shot anyway!

Well, if this is the case, I think I'll be stepping out too. Was fun while it lasted, but i felt like I kind of hit a wall, and have been trying to figure out more of what I want to do, rather unsuccesfully.
