It’s a service Kodansha is launching
to platform the manga they have licensed which (as I’ve seen described) is their equivalent to MangaPlus.
From what I know aside from Tempest, the group doing Rent-A-Girlfriend and Nagatoro have decided to stop. The could be others depending on what is being hosted.
