It took some digging, but this is the document the image comes from, and given the information at the top and at the start of the actual document, I'd say it's fair game.
I was hoping a kickass image would come along but in lieu of it, OP is good enough.

I'm giving it a because the landscape is too indistinct. At first I thought the stream was a pond, and ponds are usually standing water.

The clock is way past due and there’s no consensus; locking.
This image was voted down in the Image Suggestion thread.
Perhaps a caption pointing out that those are witches is needed? I didn't think it was that hard to recognize the participants' body shapes, honestly, what with all the pointy hats, brooms, and raggedy dresses.
