Yeah if Owl House got a second chance I definitely think it would let itself to such specials.

That being said, I’ve cooled off and would be surprised if anything new with this show happens in the next five years. Dana’s next work is probably gonna be a graphic novel or an adult animated series or something. She already said she needed to step away from kids’ TV on threads.

Well, Antiyonder is referencing the Pokémon episode Island of Giant Pokémon, but the Dissimile is super strong, likely because the only actual similarity between the episode and the comic is we see what the magical creatures are communicating when normally we're as unable to understand them as the main characters. It's also not even close to unique to Pokemon, making the reference a bit of Fan Myopia.

And I thought Palismon was a good choice of words, cause they would be ideal merch to sell with that appeal.
Plus, some of the dialogue between the Pokémon got a bit dark with Bulbasaur thinking Ash will abandoned them.
