I posted a theory on how I think Ippo's going to improve the Dempsey Roll one final time.
TL:DR: The Diagonal Dempsey has gaps in the top and bottom that I think will be filled in by a third figure-8 using the Dempsey Uppercut and the Dragon Fish Blow.
Turns out I missed this week's chapter, and I'm not sure if this chapter was funnier than it was annoying or the opposite. The whole time I as saying: What about Ippo?, What about Ippo?, Does Ippo not have a mirror? But having Takamura be the voice of reason (and again focusing on his eye), was a good pay-off so I will say it was worth the annoyance (barely).

Fun fact about Hajime No Ippo and Dragon Ball Z:
Last chapter was great, seeing Mashiba and Ippo just forget they are supossed to be training for the former's fight, and just punch each other because of all the pent-up tension between the two was hilarious. I wonder if the video that Itagaki took with his 80's smartphone (I mean, there has been a sliding timeline for a long time, but come on) will reach Kumi, since I expect her reaction to be even better.
