The answer to why someone hasn't made an article for something yet is that You Could Always Edit It Yourself.
That aside, we don't permit topics to be created to talk about "how bad something is". That violates our rules on complaint threads. I also advise you not to create an article to complain about a work. That is also against the site rules.
