Is this DepravedBisexual?

So as far as I can tell:

• Depraved Bisexual is for a bisexual character who's outright psychotic and murderous.
• Anything That Moves is for a character who will bang anyone and anything, but isn't necessarily a bad guy.

What about a bi character who's unfaithful, dishonest, manipulative, cruel, caddish, etc, etc, but isn't over-the-top violently evil? Is this either or these tropes? I think this characterization is pretty common.

Depraved Bisexual is about someone who lacks a moral compass, so they also don't care about gender either. "...they don't consider certain relationships taboo, because they don't consider anything taboo." It's not that they're depraved because they're bisexual; they're bisexual because they're depraved.

Anything That Moves is just someone who hits on everyone. They can still be straight, though.

I can't really tell whether the character fits or not with that context. The character might fit the former, but there's no indication of the latter. Questions about, "Does this trope fit this characterisation?" usually don't have straight answers without specific characters in mind.
