From the developers of Painkiller and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter (they use their pedigree for an absolutely priceless bait and switch gag in the trailer), a new immensely promising gothic first person shooter. They appear to have made some progress with the (already amazing-looking) graphics tech they used for Ethan because it looks absolutely fantastic. As does everything else about it.

Heh, color me interested.

Looks like it's in a very, very early state of development, if their own official game page is any indication. Heck, they don't even know if the final product will be singleplayer only, or include some sort of multiplayer component. But hey, focusing only upon the singleplayer experience worked out great for Woflenstein: the New Colossus, so if their team decides to go that route, more power to them.

Yeah, but Wolfenstein's stuff worked because the story was great and was long enough and dense enough that it didn't need multiplayer. Bulletstorm was...not that.

That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.

First of all, it is very doubtful the game will cost 60 dollars like New Colossus did. Additionally, this game's tone from the trailer is more akin to Painkiller. If it follows that game's formula, that's aleady more than enough.
