I'm going with Phos since Phos spiraled earlier in the chapter about not praying themself away, and now I assume that applies to all the pieces Phos has scattered around?

It’s also not the first time Phos no longer saw themselves as the same person either. Like the Phos at the beginning of the story that omnicidal Phos saw on his way to make Kingo pray.

It's Adamant's big brother, not Phos' eye. Stuff in the artbook apparently confirmed it already. The stuff coming out of it is wires, not alloy.
Phos having a panic attack at having pieces of humanity left within them is just sad.

We now know she was working on Pokemon at the time, but the gamer memes have stuck.

Those rocks might be Aechmea and Welgato's "children" he was talking about forever ago, since they seem to have come from the moon. I have no idea why Phos suddenly fell down though.
