It can be easily fixed with a disambiguation, with the film having its release year. Too bad the fanfic page is riddled with ZCE entries.

The fanfic entry for the Harry Potter fanfic "The Changeling" collides with the file entry for the 1980 George C. Scott of the same name. This causes the various subpages in the fanfic to be attached to the subpages for the movie.
Pros: The collision is awkward
Cons: The page is not heavily referenced or viewed. It's possible that it will die by itself.
